Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.)
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period shall be fourteen days from the day:
- on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, acquired physical possession of the goods, where you have ordered one or more goods in a single order and the goods are delivered together,
- on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, acquired physical possession of the last good, where you have ordered multiple goods in a single order and the goods are delivered separately,
- on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, acquired physical possession of the last partial shipment or piece, where the goods are delivered in multiple partial shipments or pieces,
- on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, acquired physical possession of the first good, where a contract for the regular delivery of goods over a defined period of time is concluded.
Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract:

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
The reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
Deactivation of Bikemap Premium Access
With your purchase in our online shop, you will automatically receive a voucher code for Bikemap Premium. In the event of a withdrawal, the voucher code will be invalidated and any activated Bikemap Premium access will be deactivated.
Independently of any purchase in our online shop, you can purchase Bikemap Premium separately at any time via our website or the Bikemap app.
Return of Goods
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods, including in the case of partial deliveries or separate returns.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal for Made-to-Order Goods
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly personalized to the consumer’s needs (Section 18(1)(3) Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act – FAGG).
This includes in particular textiles and other products that are produced on demand ("made to order", "print-on-demand"). These products are manufactured individually after your order is placed and, due to their customization, generally cannot be reused or resold.
A withdrawal or exchange of such goods is therefore excluded, unless the delivered goods are defective or faulty. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
